Blocked account? Can't use the app and card anymore


@AndreasK could you please please help me? I’ve jut gone abroad, I tried to top it up and now I can’t get into the account… it says please let us keep your account safe and there is only one option to click on customer support. I tried to make a purchase and the card was declined. I tried talking to the support but no one has ever got back to me. Please help
