Blocked account and can't withdraw my money.

Hi Community!
I’ve topped up my Rev card and can’t withdraw my money. My account said its blocked and althought I followed the verification procedure, scanning my card and face etc, my account is still blocked! Support doesn’t answer for 4 days now and I’m seriously thinking about follow the legal procedures…
What’s your thoughts?

This is the only message I got in for days blocked of MY MONEY!!
I will follow the legal path right away.

Try to contact them on Twitter and Facebook, they usually answer fast there.
