Blocked account. Again! No response from customer service


You keep blocking my account. It’s about the third time in about 4 weeks. If you are trying to make me leave Revolut you are doing a great job. I’ve been with you for many years, convinced many friends to sign up, and am now thinking of looking at alternatives as your Customer Services chat seems completely useless.

Today I messaged at 0932 to ask if you could unlock my account. 0943 Pawel told me another team would deal with this… and since then: nothing! This is outrageous. If there is a problem, tell me. If you are hopelessly understaffed with Customer Services: tell me. But to communicate nothing is just terrible.
