Been on waitlist for days, passcodes don't work

Greetings,

For days I have been waiting for the invitation to open my account. I sent an email to support but nothing suggested in the email helped at all. I simply need to purchase Revolut virtual prepaid cards to be able to book trips on the Turo app. Can anyone provide any information detailing why the wait is so long? From what I have read in this community this is a long standing ongoing issue. It is very frustrating to say the least. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

We’re currently in the process of transitioning to a new partner bank in the US, to bring new and improved products and services to our customers there.
