Been charged for two physical cards on new account creation

Hi,

I installed the Revolut app this morning and created an account. I ordered the standard card with express delivery (charging me £12). The signal dropped and so it said that my request was unsuccessful. Therefore I re-requested the card and was charged an additional £17. I only want the one physical card. Altogether I have been charged £29 when express delivery should only cost £12. Please can I have £17 refunded to my account? Also the in app chat has stopped working, which is why I have to use this method of communication. Hope this can be resolved quickly.
