Bank transfer Refund

I’ve submitted a bank transfer in USD to my local account in USD and I’ve double check my account number, BIC and name (yes, even that).
First of all, I don’t understand why it wasn’t processed since everything was in order.
Second of all, I know that usually are intermediary fees, but charging 70$ for the refund on a 300$ bank transfer is just unbelievable.
Can you please clarify and fix this problem?

USD is only common pooled account AFAIK. Is that where you sent it?

70 sounds a lot but that is up to the intermediary banks, nothing Revolut can do about it.
