bank transfer refund not on my account


i did a bank transferof 100€ that was refused and normaly refund. however after 2 weeks there is nothing on my account. Now 1 week more, after i open a case and provide all requested info , the case is still open and money not on my account.

More over at this time it’s the 4th different person that are responsible of this case with no news…


Same problem, could anyone from Revolut can fix this issue ?!


I have the same problem for a transfer refused because of the reference number since April 3rd. Still no trace of the return to my French account. Can anyone help?
