So, I tried to make a bank transfer form USD to HKD account, entered the 6 digit security code and the screen just returned to the transfer page with no explanation why the transfer did not go through. This was to an account I regularly transfer to. I ama premium member. It may be that Revolut are waiting to confirm my source of funds, but no explanation given. My USD funds are being held to ransom! And the app chat facility is never answered.
