Bank transfer gone missing



I have a relatively large bank transfer from my UK bank that has gone missing for >1 week, while the money left my bank account a week ago. Nobody comes back to me in the chat. I used the details in the chat and the reference and have all the data backing it up .


I also was promised for someone to contact me as I intended to do a much larger transaction but nobody has reached out + I’m getting cold feet with the smaller transfer failing.

Anyone at Revolut able to help?
