Bank transfer doesn't work

Dear Support,

I would like to transfer money back to my bank account using Bank transfer option but the app doesn’t let me start the transaction: the tick in the upper corner is inactive. I have a friend who is experiencing the same with his account. We have HUF bank accounts and have our money in EUR.

Please tell me what’s going on.
