Bank Leumi refuses to send NIS to Lloyds Bank.

I’ve had a talk with the personne responsible for international transfers for Bank Leumi (Israel) and he told me that they have no agreement with the Lloyds to receive or send Israeli Shekel. They put the blame on the Lloyds.

Hence it is impossible for customers like me, with a personal account at the Leumi Bank to use Revolut.
Can you check with the Lloyds if that is true?

Wouldn’t the transfer be using SWIFT?

Sounds like your bank doesn’t want you to use :r:.
