Bank charge to charge my account

Hi every one,

I am a new user of Revolut (from France). I am having some troubles to charge my account.

Indeed, when I want to charge my accoutn in € with my Master Card (which is a card in € too) I have some fees (1-2% of the total amount).

I don’t understand because it’s writtent that in the Help Section:
“Topping up via debit or credit card in GBP, EUR, USD, PLN, DKK, SEK, NOK, RON, and CHF is completely free.”

To sump up, my credit card is in EUR, and I want to charge my account in EUR, so normally I wouldn’t have any charge (but in my casei have some…) ?

Most likely, your card is recognized as a business card, not a personal one. The support can fix this for you.

I have a MasterCard Gold, may be it’s why; How can the support can fix that ? Do I have to reach the support or it’s already done ?
