Balance transfer rejected - still no support ..

I’ve just topped up my account with £250, and now when I try to transfer it I get an error message that says it has been rejected … the online support tool says I have to wait, but it’s been 45 minutes, I need the money transferred as a matter of urgency. Can someone please help me?

It says

“The transfer could not be completed. Please contact support for more information.”

I’ve also tried to transfer it to my friend and that gets the same error message …
