Balance Enquiry Incorrect and can't withdraw money

I am currently in Oman and have been using my account with no issues, I transferred £200 last night but when I do a balance enquiry it says equivalent £68 and won’t let me draw out any money.

I have now been charged 40 OMR that I tried to withdraw but the machine said the transaction was refused.

As I can see the first top up attempts have been failed, however the third was successful.

Regarding your ATM attempts, I can see that some of them have been reverted back and the atm provider have refunded you the rest.

thanks for the reply, I have been informed that it happens quite frequently with the cash machine I was using, usually a lack of money in it. Thanks for the reply @anon33247966
