No one replies to the chat, or to Facebook messages or to twitter. An absolute joke.

It took 20hours in the end for someone to actually help. Unacceptable.

I need support again. I just sent a msg via the chat. Let’s see how long it takes this time. If there is no improvement I will cancel my card at then earliest opportunity.

A company that cares so little for customers cannot succeed.

I’m very sorry to hear that. I can than an agent replied to you within 20 mins. We’re working hard to keep the wait time at a minimum.
