I am currently travelling, I tried to use an ATM in Dubai and my transaction was declined. I contacted the online support and they said wait it out for 7 days and it should get refunded. However it has been taken? What do I do now? I need the money sooner rather than later. Please thank you!
Is the transaction now shown as ‘Completed’ in the app?
If so you need to contact support and request a chargeback form.
If its still ‘Pending’ you need to wait until it shows as completed or simply drops off.
I have tried to withdraw money in Dubai airport atm, but atm just spitting my card out saying “this card invalid” though I just paid in caffee. Tried 2 atms . What’s happening?
