I tried to withdraw money from a Bank of China ATM in Hong Kong. No money was dispensed but my account was debited and the transaction shown as Completed. Currently in PR China and no response from Customer Services for 8 hours.
I believe that this transaction has still status: “pending”.
If I am right- money should be reverted within a few (standard-up to 7) days.
If the status changes to “Completed”, contact support (in-app chat).
The transaction is shown as Completed. I’ve tried contacting in-app support but have had no reply.
Type”live agent” , and wait a bit.

If the transaction is completed you may have to fill in a chargeback form.
