App support is broken and need to request payment block


I have a transaction which was incorrectly billed to me (I was over charged).

I looked for somewhere to file a reversal in the app, but can’t see one. I tried to use the in app support, but it seems to be broken and won’t let me type anything or attach a screenshot :confused:

How can I go about getting this problem rectified?
