App showing wrong fee free ATM monthly withdrawal used


Recently upgraded to Premium. My base currency is Euro so should get €400 fee free ATM withdrawals a month. But after withdrawing €100 my Profile showed I had used up €107.91 of my fee free allowance. I’ve flagged this several days with chat support but the ticket is still outstanding. It seems that my account was wrongly set to dollars as base currency hence some strange currency conversion issues. It’s now been reset to Euro but I’m still getting discrepancies in the APP showing my fee free transactions after ATM withdrawals.
