i experience the same problems. I would like to open an account on Revolut but I can’t get through the registration process via the app.

So I cannot use the chat support functionality either and via Twitter I get no response.

I am using an iPhone 12 Pro with iOs version 16.3

Hi, I cannot log in to my app. I tap the send email verification to my email address which is correct but I don’t receive an email and I have checked my Spam folder which is empty.
My email is working as I’m receiving emails from other parties.
I cannot access the in app chat so have no way of getting support.

Same issue here, can’t open the app since a couple of days.

I’ve tried all the mentioned steps (restart phone, clear cahce, data, re-install app, …) app still crash.

Phone: Samsung S21+
OS: Android 13 (most recent version for S21)
App Version: 8.91.1 updated on 08.02.2023

Hi, I have the same issue other users already mentioned on this topic. I can’t open the app at all, it keeps crashing every time no matter if I’m on wifi or mobile data. I’ve tried all the suggested steps like restarting phone, reinstall the app, clear the cache etc, but still no luck. This is becoming quite annoying as it’s been so for at least one week.

I’m using Samsung Galaxy S22+ running Android 13 version S908BXXU3CWAI/S908BOXM3CWAI/ and Revolut version 8.91.2

I’ve updated the software just now and it’s still crashing.
