App Opening Issue

Hello,

I have an issue with my revolut app.

As i can not for some reason create a post to express my problem, my only way is to reply to a comment.

When iam trying to open the app, I get an error: “The Operation could not be completed. (com.revolut.keychain.keychainError error -25293)”

I have the latest IOS version installed on my iphone and the latest version of the revolut app.

Could you please help me ?

Have you tried to reinstall the app, clear cache and try again?

I have the same issue, on my daughters’ <18 account after a phone change. Even scanning a code from my <18 account tabs settings asks for a code on their phone and the one we clearly used during the original setup is not accepted.

Any help please?

Friday 20.01.23 when I tried to open the app it did not open. “App stopped responding” close/Wait. close works the app closes, wait will just continue for ever showing Revolut splash screen. Steps tried:
1.Turned phone on off, no change.
2.Uninstalled and reinstalled, no change.
3.Cleared cache, no change.
4.Shut phone off and on, uninstalled and re-installed, no change.
5.Cleared cache, uninstalled, turned phone off and on, reinstalled, no change.
I really need the app to work! I have to pay bills. I see on the store that the app updated 19.01.23. version 8.88
Phone Huawei P40 Lite.
Urgent action needed.

ho un problema simile, ovvero ho inserito il numero di telefono sull’app fino ad arrivare al momenti di accettare i termini e condizioni da lì non mi ha fatto più proseguire nonostante mi sia arrivata la mail di benvenuto, se riprovo a rientrare tramite log-in mi dice che non esiste il mio account se provo a registrarmi nuovamene invece una volta inserito il codice che arriva via sms si blocca e non prosegue.
Ho già provato a reinstallare l’app e svuotare la cache.
Come posso risolvere dato che non esiste un numero o un servizio tecnico da contattare?

If that message is still showing up, please make sure that you have the latest version of the Revolut app, and if this version is compatible with your device.

Please, make sure to have your phone software also updated to the latest version.

I dont think it is possible to download any other version then the one in the store. And it has been done 3 times. Phone has the latest software. App still not working. It only happened after the store app was updated 19.01.23.

@Kimmen80 there were some issues a time back with iOS compatibility issues. Are you using iOS?
You can still contact support outside the app if necessary.

The preferred language is English but if my Google translate is correct, you are also experiencing problems with accessing the app and are looking for ways to contact support outside the app.

I do not think I have IOS on my Huawei p40 lite. At least I did not install it.

I have an issue with opening the app, every time I try open the app it says something went wrong please try again. I have deleted and reinstalled the app plenty of times, deleted the cache, restarted my phone but nothing seems to work. I also spoke to customer support through another phone and they told me to do the steps I already did. My iPhone is on the latest software and the app is the latest version. I don’t know what else to do can someone help me

I’d look into the WIFI/cellphone connection. Toggle between them. Look which connection the other phone uses when it works.

The last time I tried it was on another device and I was using mobile data but I’ve tried both Wi-Fi and mobile data on my device and it doesn’t work on neither of them. Also I don’t know if this makes a difference but even when I clear the app data and uninstall the app then reinstall it, the app automatically has the 4 notifications sign.

You should be able to fully delete the app and all its data from the iOS Settings app. Settings > General > Usage > Manage Storage.

I would also restart the phone before installing app again.

Hi,

Thanks for the suggestion but that didn’t work either. I’ve tried to log into my account on a web browser and it works but a lot of the functions are limited and some things just says error when I try go on them. It does also say that my card is blocked, I don’t know if that has anything to do with this issue.
