App not usable and still waiting for response



I downloaded the Revolut app last night and verified my identity. But I have not been able to use the app as I just get the following message on a static screen when it opens: Please help us to keep your account safe

I have been in touch with the support team on chat, but haven’t had a response for several hours.

I would like to get a card soon as I am traveling at the end of next week, so would appreciate any advice.
