App no to working


I’m due to go to the states tomorrow and the app won’t allow me to activate my card or top up. How long is this going to be a problem as I literally have today to get an alternative method for spending on holiday?


I talked to support and they said their payment system is down and trying to fix it in a short time. When I asked if the issue will be resolved today, they said “we hope so”

There’s an ongoing problem which is going to be fixed ASAP. Normally, given past experiences, these problems usually last no more than a few hours, but consider keeping a backup card with you (as with any other card)
