App Help not working

Hi there,

I can’t make new transactions and the help section has not given me any answer at all for 10 days. Am I the only one ignored for this long? Not even Rita! There are no phone numbers at all to call and ask for assistance.

Hey @Nazara :slight_smile:

This is most probably a glitch. Try typing Resolved and then live agent.
If that doesn’t work, try reinstalling the app and retrying the first step again :wink:
