App doesn’t work on new phone with new number

I have been asked to provide name, address, etc by help, but when I go into app it is stuck in a screen that says you are on the list Daniel , there are 6,000 people ahead of you. I’m not sure what list I’m in, all I want to do is have the app in my new phone. And I can’t provide my details in the app as it’s stuck on that screen!

Did you use a new phone number with your new phone?

You need to log in with your old number. This is basically your user name. If you don’t have access to your old number anymore, tap “changed phone number” on the welcome screen.
