App crashes when trying to type in the support chat

Hi,

I wanted to chat with support today but my Revolut app crashes and restarts every time I try to type and chat with the support. Other functionalities work fine, I just can’t chat with support. I have the latest app version installed, and use Samsung Galaxy J3 2016 (SM-J320F) with Android 5.1.1 installed.

@AndreasK could you help and report this issue?

This is my question for the support, but maybe @AndreasK can hep me : I want to use my Revolut USD account to get payments from my employer, but apart from my IBAN and BIC/SWIFT code, I need to provide them with the following:

  • Beneficiary Bank Name (Do I put Revolut LTD or Barclays or Lloyds?)
  • Beneficiary Bank Address (Revolut’s address or Barclays/Lloyds address?)

if you have a personalized USD IBAN with BIC REVOGB21, the bank is “Revolut LTD” and the address:
1 CANADA SQUARE, CANARY WHARF, FLOOR 42
LONDON
E14 5AB

Thanks Alejandro, yes I do have a personalized USD IBAN. But I think Revolut changed it’s legal address now.
