Has anyone had issues when ordering a new card? I lost mine and need a new one. I have moved to a new address and when I input it’s ok. At the final step when I want to finalise the purchase the app has crashed the 5 times I have tried. Please get in touch
I get the same behaviour. When finishing my order, the app stopped and displayed an error message.
I contact the support who ask me to try again. I have tried 4/5 times with the same result.
Finally I tried again with the option “follow up my order” which cost £3, and then it worked, I get my card listed.
So instead of paying £5 the card, I have paid £8 (5+3).
The assistance wasn’t useful, I asked them to report the bug.
