It happened to me twice in the last two months that when i loged in the app didn’t open properly ( app opened asking for my name mail and birth date, i filled it but then the app closed).
I needed to reinstall the app to solve the problem. Btw this is the best banking app ever. Thanks!

Having crash issue with iphone6 (IOS 12.4.5): adding passcode, landing screen stuck (no action possible) then collapses after 7-8 seconds.
I have uploaded the last version, but no change.
Customer care made me reset passcode 2 times, did not help at all.
I cannot use the app at all.
