Anyone facing issue with international transfers

When I tried to make an international transfer yesterday, I got the following error msg

I followed up with customer service. As usual, suggested to delete and reinstall the app. But it didn’t resolve the issue. Even today, I continue to face the same issue.

I would suggest you contact them again for further help.

I’ve been having exactly the same problem for several days. Sent four transfers to a relative in NZ without any problems then got the error message shown above. Nothing changed in transfer detail, account well in balance. Tried twenty times with same problem. Can’t get to speak to anyone. Really poor service!!

sorry to hear that you are on the same boat. I hope this will be fixed in the next update
