Not too sure about ATMs as I didn’t use them, but literally everywhere will accept online cards like Revolut so you may not even need them.
Even coffee sellers with wheelbarrows seem to have handheld contactless readers, Denmark is very advanced in that respect
Haven’t tried cash neither,but could pay for everything with my 
card with no problems at all 
I live in Copenhagen, you don’t really ever need cash. Everybody takes cards and there is no DCC. And i use my card almost daily.
