Weekend Fees / Currency Exchange
Currency Exchange: Depending on your location, you can exchange between all or most of the following currencies: AED, AUD, BGN, CAD, CHF, CZK, DKK, EUR, GBP, HKD, HRK, HUF, ILS, ISK, JPY, MAD, MXN, NOK, NZD, PLN, QAR, RON, RSD, SAR, SEK, SGD, THB, TRY, USD, ZAR.
To make an exchange, go to your โAccountsโ tab, tap on the โthree dotsโ โโฆโ (next to โAdd moneyโ) and then โExchangeโ. !
The title of the page will help you understand what you need to do: youโll either be buying or selling a currency. If you want to switch from buy to sell or the opposite, just tap on the โarrowโ in the middle of the page. You can select the currencies youโd like to exchange by tapping on the โarrowโ to the right of
the currency name. When you tap on the โbuttonโ on the bottom of the page, the Order will be executed and your balances will be updated.
Fees: You can see all relevant fees in the app. Before making an exchange, you can see fees on the order screen, on the order confirmation screen, or on the transaction details screen.
During the week (between 6PM New York time on Sunday and 5PM New York time on Friday): no fees are charged for exchanging common currencies, but a 1% fee applies for exchanging THB.
On weekends (between 5PM New York time on Friday and 6PMNew York time on Sunday): a 1% fee applies for exchanging common currencies, and a 2% fee applies for exchanging THB.
These fees will be applied regardless of your plan, which means that itโll be charged to Standard and Plus customers who havenโt reached their FX limit, as well as Premium and Metal customers.
