Analysing my documents

Hello,

My name is Vincent and I’m French ! I have a problem with my account, it’s say that the application are analysing my ID documents and that can take maximum 10 minutes. But in fact, it’s been a week that I have this message and I don’t think it’s normal at all… it’s very boring because I can’t use my card and have my PIN card due to this problem.

Anyone can help me please ? :slight_smile:
