Amazon - money does not arrive?

Hi, I decided to use Revolut account for my royalty payments from Amazon CreateSpace program. They keep track of my book sales in GBP, EUR and USD.

I gave them Revolut SWIFT account complete with the reference number. It all happened 20 days ago. Still no money on my Revolut account? WHY?

It’s best to get some payment receipt from Amazon, showing the sender’s account no et cetera, you could then provide this to support and they can look into it.

Frank, what support? :smiley: I am trying to get hold of Revolut support but there’s only this forum. If I go to chat I get the chatbot.
