Amazon blocking Revoult based accounts

So here is a thing. I use Revoult card to pay for my amazon purchases and they blocked my account and sent me this email:


We have removed your access to this account because we could not confirm your payment information. You will not be able to access your account or place orders with us until we confirm your information.

To resolve this matter, please send the information below to our secure fax line at:

– A copy of your statement for your mastercard ending in XX, including the billing address
– Your name, phone number, and the email address registered to your Amazon account

We will convert your fax to a secure electronic image. To protect your information, we restrict access to your payment information to a team of account specialists.

Our Customer Service team can confirm that we sent this email, but they cannot view your fax or share more information about this matter.

If you do not have access to a fax machine, you may send your information to the following address:

Now, this is happining for the 4th time. I did provide them with an Accoount and Card Confirmation pdf that I got from Revolut support. They did unblock my account (after I sent it 20 times) and they blocked it again now. Why ? It only is happining to the amazon account where I use my revoult card for payments.

Having worked with Amazon payments division before, I’m quite sure this is an Amazon account issue rather than purely your Revolut card.

I’m sorry to hear that. My card seems to work with Amazon UK without problems. Even with a billing address being different than the delivery address (even different countries).

I have the same problem. They locked my account in January. After spending hours with them on the phone they managed to unlock my account.
The next day I tried to place a new order, and the account was locked again:frowning:

In the both chases amazon changed my card successfully. I’m talking about the 1$ automatic payment they ask to verify the card.

No, My account is still locked.

I called their customer support several times, and they always tell me that an account manager will call me within 24 hours, to help me unlock my account. But this never happens.
I also send them some statements from Revolut, and their contact number, but the situation didn’t solve.

I have the same problem. First transaction via Revolut and account blocked. And there’s no way to get this statement with CC number in Revolut app :frowning:

Hi there. Let me clarify that this not an issue related to amazon. Your account got locked for security reasons. However, I can see that you’ve managed to unlock it which is super :slight_smile:
