So here is a thing. I use Revoult card to pay for my amazon purchases and they blocked my account and sent me this email:
We have removed your access to this account because we could not confirm your payment information. You will not be able to access your account or place orders with us until we confirm your information.
To resolve this matter, please send the information below to our secure fax line at:
– A copy of your statement for your mastercard ending in XX, including the billing address
– Your name, phone number, and the email address registered to your Amazon account
We will convert your fax to a secure electronic image. To protect your information, we restrict access to your payment information to a team of account specialists.
Our Customer Service team can confirm that we sent this email, but they cannot view your fax or share more information about this matter.
If you do not have access to a fax machine, you may send your information to the following address:

Now, this is happining for the 4th time. I did provide them with an Accoount and Card Confirmation pdf that I got from Revolut support. They did unblock my account (after I sent it 20 times) and they blocked it again now. Why ? It only is happining to the amazon account where I use my revoult card for payments.
