Allow money transfers to India in Indian Rupee (INR)

I am kind of surprised that Revolut has not yet introduced money transfer to India considering the fact that India is one of top countries in the world, that receives major inward remittance.

I would like to see Revolut adding the feature of money transfer to a Indian bank account, in the local currency Indian Rupee (INR).

Currently, I am using Transferwise to transfer money to India. But I have to transfer money from Revolut to Transferwise and then to India. It would be nice if I can transfer funds to India right from Revolut account itself.

You can transfer funds to India now. The transfer is completed within an hour.

I don’t see Indian rupees. (INR) listed in the dropdown.

Is the UI not current ?

When you add a beneficiary bank account in India, Revolut will allow you to transfer INR.
