Hi. I downloaded the app and made an account on Revolut. I also ordered the revolut card but now I cannot activate it as it will not verify my identity automatically and I cannot make it manually. How can I fix this?
Provide good (sharp, well lit, not cropped) photos of your proof of residency to the support agent via in app chat. They should be able to verify your identity manually then.
