I am 4 days waiting to activate card. The scan didn’t work and I have requested support. I am still waiting. The phone support only allow s to deactivate card. This is very frustrating
I got a response to upload more pictures and was told they would respond in minutes. Over an hour later and nothing. How can online support be so unresponsive. Surely online is real-time.
