Account verification issue?

Hi all.
I’m from Bulgaria and yesterday after few attempts to upload my passport for verification I was asked to upload front and back of my ID card. Since then verification status is Pending and I’m unable to contact support because in-app chat is unresponsive, no matter what I type in there. Furthermore before that I’ve applied for a debit card, which status at the moment is Posted…Tried to call support via phone, so did I blocked my (un)issued new debit card?!? In short - I’m a bit lost at the moment…
