I have been reading quite a few users complaining about their accounts being blocked/suspended which I think is a very serious issue. I want to know what are the exact circumstances when Revoult can block access to your account and what do the require from user to lift restriction?

Broadly, :R: normally suspends accounts (temporarily, pending further information.) to collect further information and documentation from the customer. This is to ensure that illicit funds are not entering the global financial system and is part of the ‘KYC’ process that every financial institution is/should be doing.
