Account statements useless for bank transfers

Hello;

What I noticed is that the current format of account statements is pretty much useless when the incoming/outgoing bank transfers are concerned.

For the incoming bank transfers to Revolut account, you can only see “Payment from: First/last name of sender” on the statement, and likewise “Payment to: First/last name of recipent” if it’s an outgoing transfer.

These statements are useless then, as you can’t really use them as a valid proof for any official purpose - the statements lack the info on sender’s/recipient’s IBAN, any messages/references included, eventually the exchange rate used for transfers in non-supported wallet currencies.

Revolut should amend their account statements so that these included more detailed information on each outgoing/incoming transfer as specified above.

Absolutely, this serves to inform the receiving party well ahead of the effective payment on their account.

Yes, that is not only a nice to have, it is a must.

Revolut should improve the account statement document as soon as possible.
