Account reset and £0.00 shown


I tried to login on my app and it asked me my personnal data again. After filling all of it I found £0.00 and no possibilities to link my existing card.
What happened ?


You probably created a new account. Did you use the same phone number?


Yes same number and same email adress


So, the only way to repair it is contact with support
