Account locked

Good morning guys. My account is locked since yesterday morning. The customer service doesn’t work. It says all the time that they are in a highly dead since yesterday morning. I called also and it says an application error has occurred. Any help with that?? What else I can do as I don’t have money since yesterday morning. Any help?
