My account is still locked and I need to use my money, the support doesn’t want to unlock it, anyone can help me?? They say “security reasons” but which reasons? I have just to use my money!!
As Revolut have a eMoney license they are under strict regulations and are required to review suspecious activity. I am sure they will soon open you account again when the correct team have looked into it.
Ok, but if i need my money they have to give me the chance to use it!!! It seems really a joke!!
They are doing what they are required to do according to the regulations. But i am curious what did you do before the account got locked?
