can anybody please help. my account locked for some strange reason, i verified my cards but still no joy after hours of trying i eventually got through to in app help only to be told i was being transferred to some other dept. 24 hours later im still trying to get a response all while my account is locked and im going on holidays in the morning. does anybody know of any other way to contact help or close my existing chat session and open a new one to try and grab somebody’s attention. ive never experienced such a disaster of attempt to give customer support . how on earth did this company get regulated to handle peoples money with this total lack of back up or support and have no option of contacting them. PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP I NEED MY MONEY BACK !!!
