Account Locked Without Explanation


My account has today been locked, with no explanation. I have a fairly large payment coming in ($2000) – it is possibly this that caused the locking. Currently the dollar is tanking, by multiple percent; each 1% costs me $20!

I’m fully verified with increased limits. There’s no response on the chat. I was literally just today going to get the premium membership, but I’m no longer sure that that is a good idea if this can’t be sorted out asap!


Yeah, it happened to me too toda. No response apart of one saying there is a team to look into it. Poor customer service.
