Account locked when trying to transfer daily limit in EUR

@AndreasK - apologies but i have to submit a repetitive post but…

I made a successful transfer to Kraken for 10EUR 02 Jan via my debit card

I tried a larger amount (my daily limit) to the same destination and now my account is locked

Why?

Please can you assist!

Hey Andreas,
I’m having a similar problem, was trying to do a transfer and my account has been locked asking for verification but I can’t verify because the transaction doesnt appear on the statement for a few days.
