Hi, my account has been locked due to some not recognised operations in my account.
After proving my identity in many ways, the Customer support agent said that I would have been contacted by a Revolut compliance Team in the morning.
As I live in the USA, I have received a message at 04:05am and replied quite immediately at 04:21am.
I is 08:04am and I still have not talked to anyone of the Compliance team and my account is still locked.
I understand there is a high traffic today, but 4 hours wait is too long.
Please come back to me ASAP.
