Account locked, then asked for 4 digit code, now 12 hour wait for support

I just tried to send a SEPA payment from my EUR acount and my account came up as locked, then it asked me to verify my card from my bank statement which I did successfully, but then went back to 'Your account is currently blocked…". If I hit 'Chat with Support it puts me into a 12 hour queue!

Now you have over €100 euros of my money that I can’t get at?
