Account locked, support assured I would be contacted by the relevant team shortly. It has been 4 hours since and I’m a little nervous because I have money on my account.

I can’t verify my card because the “transaction” was via Androidpay so I didn’t receive any 4 digit code named transactions on my bank account. I’ve used up 2 of my 5 attempts trying to scan my real card and would rather not do any more damage so I hope I can come to a resolution through here, since I have been ignored in the chat.

The same for me. I have entered the 4 digit code. But I can’t press the „verify identity“ button because of the bad app design for iPhone X!
