I have only received my card but my app is locking it all, asking me to take some steps. However I did not see any listed steps. Contacting support in the app does not get any response.
Do not loose your time trying to communicate with their so-called compliance department, it will take you weeks and they will answer to you with their motto ‘FSR’ (For Security Reason). You will never know which Security and which reason… They closed my account and told me that they sent back my money to my friends and they blocked them as well, so they dont know what they received.
They continue asking the same stupid questions… LOL (a bunch of amateurs)
Go and complain in www.trustpilot.com if you are not happy, they might them realize how inefficient they are.
